I bought a JVC GR-HD1 camcorder about one and a half years ago. A week ago my swivel wheel that turns on and off the camera popped right off when I went to use it. This is a $2000 product that should not have faulty parts that break and completely disable the product. Later I noticed other customer complaints about this same part. I emailed JVC about this issue a week ago along with my serial number and receipt, but they have not responded. All I want is my camera fixed so I can continue filming. I am a film student and I would like my camcorder back to normal.
