Undependable
I was awaiting and tracking a Fed Ex shipment via the computer. After 5 hrs. of waiting, the system notified that a delivery attempt was conducted and I was unavailable. I never went anywhere!!! I contacted Fed Ex customer service and informed of this blatant lie. After being placed on a 5 minute hold, I was informed that the driver would "return" in a hour. I waited an hour and contacted Fed Ex customer service a 2nd time and was informed that the 1st request was never placed and this time the information would be input via the computer for the driver to “return.” I waited 30 minutes and contacted Fed Ex customer service a 3rd time to verify my request. They informed that the request was placed, but the driver was not “returning” because his work day was over. At that point I was levied and requested a supervisor. I informed the supervisor of the continuous lies by their company and requested permission to pick up the shipment at the Fed Ex station. However, I that was not possible because the driver took the delivery vehicle to a secure place which did not have the vehicle keys. I will never, I repeat never utilize Fed Ex for any of my shipments...NEVER!!

Customer Service Cost Our Account

Complaint Description:
We've been communicating with David Baldwin every few months to set our billing to Net 30. David was our acting customer service representative out of Pittsburgh. David was asked over 10 times to set our billing to Net 30 so that our company did not have to write 8 checks a month for payment of our FED EX billing. David would keep saying he would work on this, but never got back to our company with the answers. After 3 shut-downs of our account, the company is now demanding a pre-payment should we wish to continue to want package services. This is purely the fault of our representative not handling our companies needs. Our account is now shut-down because of a FED Ex representative not doing his job. It is unfair when we've been a loyal customers and now his negligence of handling our business needs and requests has cost us. We were made an example of because we delayed payments. Each time something would happen to our account, David would not back us, respond to us or send us an email. This poor service has made all of FED EX look at us and close our account because one of their employees does not know how to communicate.

non delivered preduct
On Friday March 4 a product was to be delivered from fedex. The package was misdelivered, After contacting the tracking dept. on Sat. I was assured that it would be delivered on Monday. After not recieving it on Monday I called fedex again and was told there was nothing in their system about this issue. I was then told that the package would be picked up on Tuesday and delivered. Tuesday morning I called fedex and was told that the package was picked up and would be delivered asap.
Tuesday came and went and was told that it was returned to the distribution center and wouild be delivered on Wedsnday.It should not take 72 hours to resolve an issue like this.

Not reliable
Fed ex. i arranged for a redelivery. Sat in all day. By 1pm phoned and was told the delivery would take place that afternoon.

They did not show.

I phoned and was told that i would receive a call back within the hour by a manager.

THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO THAT.

Now I have just got through to an agent on the other side of the world (canada) who advises me fed ex uk is closed for the day!

Next day delivery?
Paid £25 to have my item delivered from London. Sat in all day and also tracked delivery on internet. An 'unable to deliver note' was left in the public foyer downstairs and found by my daughter 5 mins after the driver had gone.
Phoned the depot and was told driver was not answering his phone.
The next day I got an email from the depot saying driver had buzzed my flat but could not get a reply. This was at 1745 and his knocking off time.
The driver is clearly lying through his teeth.
Now yet another day a prisoner in my own home.
Terrible company with no respect for their customers.

short and long term disability
i have been with fedex for 24 years and have gone out on short and now long term disability. arlene the case worker has not helped me at all three times she told me a doc would call my doc and that never happened. they paid me two months and just stopped...i have fibromayligia chronic fatigue rhuematared arthritis the last time i looked this up was a true disability. i also called her manager and they said they would get with my new pain management dr rachel feinberg but of course that never happened i have called several times because i am running out of money and at my wits end because im too fatigue to fight they have not done one thing that they said they would do. this is horrible for a sick person to deal with i have no one at home to help me and i dont know what to do anymore they lie so they dont have to pay this arlene is just lazy and does not follow up with one thing she said why do we pay for this health care if they constantly lie and dont follow up and im doing all the leg work. now i have to hire a lawyer just to get what i deserve and that takes money and time. i barely can make it to my doc apt im too sick i feel like i have the flu everyday and now have to deal with this blllllsht...thier should be a law against these co..my doc would never have let me off just for the hell of it and taken all these oxycotin cymboltra lyrica prozac just so i can have fun..i want my quaility of life at home first then maybe if possible i can go to work but for now i need the disability check to go to doctors..plz help donna

Certainly not Express
Repeatedly, as in Every. Single. Time. I have a package coming to me via Fed E, they insist they can not find my house... then they finally get directions, deliver the package, ... and yet the next time I have a package coming, they again can not find my home. Further insult to injury, I pay primo $$ to get the packages sent, while it takes an additional week for the package to get here because they can't [again] find my house, AND their way of correcting what they think is a wrong address is to send a postcard to that address... well duh, if the address truly is wrong, hello, how do you expect the postcard to get there genuises? Then the Newburgh location does not have a direct # so you have to call the 800#, and wait for them to contact Newburgh [and it never fails they are already closed], and then the relay of information begins... This is ridiculous and certainly not worth the $ I have spent on shipping for packages I could have gotten faster had I just driven to Portland OR to pick up the item myself!

IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE, DON'T USE FED EX. THE DRIVERS ADMIT THAT THE DROP PACKAGES AT HOUSES THAT ARE NOT NUMBERED OR VACANT. WHEN YOU SPEAK TO THE DRIVER THEY ACCUSE YOU OF TAKING THE PACKAGE AND REPORTING A FALSE CLAIM. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED TO ME, THEY HAVE DONE THIS SERVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES, THIS TIME IT WAS FOR AN ITEM THAT CAN NOT BE REPLACED. FED EX DOESN'T CARE.

Fed Ex Bad Driver
I want to make a complaint about a fed ex drivers. Last night i got off on the Sadieville, Ky exit coming from the north on I-75 and as i was crossing the bridge over the interstate one of the Fed Ex trucks got off on the Sadieville exit coming from the south on I-75, when he got up to the bridge he ran the stop sign and i had to slam on my breaks to keep from hitting him due to the fact that he ran the stop sign. I had my wife and 6 year old son in the car with me. I did not get the truck number because he didn't turn off, he went straight through the stop sign and continued on I-75 North and i didn't want to chase him down. I hope you can find out who this driver was because this is totally uncalled for and could have killed all three of us if i hadn't seen him and i hadn't slammed on my breaks.

overcharging, would not give invoice
In August I had to send some aquamarines in matirx (mineral specimens) back to a consigner in Peshawar, Pakistan. I opened an account with Fed Ex for this shipment and future, using a credit card to pay. I was told the cost would be about $400 on the phone, and I was offered a one time discount which would make it $175, which was connected to a number they gave me to give to the receiving employee of Fed Ex. I took the package in to a Kinko's Fed Ex office and they knew nothing about such discounts, but took the parcel that had a computer generated label and I gave the number that would give a discount. I was not given a cost at that time, just a receipt of accepting it. When I got my visa statement the cost was $400. I had to charge the poor man in Peshawar for the cost and I argued with Fed Ex and over the phone got Fed Ex to admit they did not give the discount, and they did not lower it to the agreed price, just in between, and they would not give me a receipt with cost to show the owner in Peshawar. They said my only receipt would be the visa receipt that had the wrong price anyway. So basically Fed Ex
overcharged and caused problems in my company not being able to show true cost to the person who eventually was paying the bill. So I had no proof because the
offer of discount was made on the phone, was not given until I complained, and I closed the account when told I would not get receipts of cost for shipments from Fed Ex.
