not able to contact them
The company with a couple of names offers info and help to secure grants and scholasrships offered by mostly the govt. When accessing the site, there seems to be a runaround to getting the name of a grant. I planned to cancel them. As of Dec2010, auto payments were not seen on my acct. In Feb, 2011, I tried several numbers to contact them with no success. Where are they? I don't want them to start up again and debit from my acct.

There is a charge of £4.98 billed to my card. I have had no dealings with this company and l don't know what the charge is for. Credit my money back into my account and please take my bank details off your list.

unauthorised withdrawal
I have noticed unauthorised transactions on my credit card. Refund these immediately! Should further transactions appear action will be taken. You are low people taking from others in need. You are scum!

Unauthorized withdrawals
I noticed withdrawals of $39.95 coming out of my checking account. I called Customer Service at 877-495-1173 (was listed in my banking statement) and got someone who couldn't locate my account or tell me why I was being charged. Finally, she said that I had ordered a CD and subscribed to a service for "Filing Grants"... Well, I have absolutely no need or interest in filing grants, so I obviously did not sign up for this. They have some type of bait out there to grab credit card numbers and unknowingly start charging against the account.
