I paid twice for a grant kit. Once for my husband, & once for me. After paying for the kit, It says to go to your e mail to get user ID & password. That much is true, but once you get info from your e mail you can't get back into the website to get your online kit unless you pay again. Then it just repeats the process. I can't afford to keep paying for the same thing over & over again. We are on a very strict fixed low income by being screwed by SSI. Thatr's the only reason I'm trying for a grant. We're trying to pay off our house & make some repairs that are desperately needed. Last occupants took everything; toilet, sinks, bathtub, etc.
