I was called after inquiring about a school grant on 02/12/09 and was told that they would send me a C.D. about how to file for a grant. They deducted $2.29 for the shipping out of my account, which I agreed to pay for this free C.D. The woman whom I was speeking with was very rude and pushy about other products that they had to offer. After I told her NO at least 3 times she hung up on me. Then on 03/09/09 they took an unathorized $39.95 for some membership that I did not apply for or sign anything giving them permission to do so. I contacted them direct, and asked for the supervisor and was told by a gentleman that they didn't have one. When I explained what happened he gave me a refund code and I was assured that they would have the $39.95 back in my account within 72 hours. So we will see what happens.
