I ordered a product on5/17/08, paid for "expedited shipping" and was told it would ship on the 20th or the 21st (actually was picked up on the 19th). I'm hoping it will arrive before the Memorial Day holiday but it does not arrive by Friday the 23rd, nor the 24th, Tuesday the 27th nor Wed. the 28th. I receive a post card in the mail on the 28th, now nine days after shipping that says they "need additional information". I call and am told: had incorrect address on the 21st (lie number one. I've lived here for 21 years and same address that post card was sent to. I told the clerk I've worked out of my home and received hundreds of pkgs over the years. I can be located on any map program, etc. Then I was told delivery was attempted on the 22nd (lie number two) at 9:05pm. I was home (and was just told they don't work past 8pm. I was asked if they left a tag on door--no. I was told then that they couldn't locate the street. (How could they have attempted delivery and/or left a
tag on the door if they couldn't locate the street??)

Then I pointed out the post card was dated 5-23-08 in handwriting but postmarked May 27, 08. Tracking info says this was at 10:06 am. (lie number three).

It's one thing to give unbelievably sloppy service but the organized lying is too much!
