Stay away
Called company to see if they could help me out with my overdue mortgage payments. seemed helpful at the start calling back to confirm paper work and compiling information about my mortgage - asking me to send bank draft so they could start processing my account. they called back saying they needed $1495.00 to continue the process, once they recieved the money thats when all communication with this company came to a halt. after repeated attempts to contact FLM i finally reached customer service where i was told they were so swamped with business that they would contact me within a few days. as you can guess i got the same run around with thier automated phone system, i was able to reach another individual who told me that a represenative had just walked by and he would stop him and find out what was going on with my account. well here i am almost 3 months later and i can not reach anybody at this company at any time of the day. FLM is a rip-off with low lifes working to steal your money, stay away from these scum bags.

not trustworthy
This company offered money back if not satisfied with their services to deal with mortgage company to do any or all of the following: Lower my monthly mortgage by reducing interest or Amount owed, or extenting out the term of agreement. none of these things were followed through to completion on either my 80 or 20 Loan with two seperate lenders and we paid for their services on 2 seperate account almost $4000.00. When we tried to get our money back they stopped returning calls and told me everybody wants their money back. if they would have just followed through with their agreements I would have been ok with that. They started on our larger mortgage first any when our mortgage company made there first offer they closed the file as if it were completebut didn't get us the papers to sign on time and the offer was foreclosed on by the lender. We finally went through our morgage lenders directly and completed one loan offer thank godness no thanks th FedLoan Mod. My other company hired their own loan Mod specialist and completed the 20 loan without Fed Loan Mod at all. This was over a year ago. I have sent sent numerous email request To Fed Loan Mod without reponse.

Have taken our money, Did not do any thing about modifying our house.
We purchase this house and we were behind about 3 months because my husband job had cut him back and I was not making the money cause I was transferred to another site and so the money that I was making I am not making anymore. so I found Federal Loan Modification and call them and told them what had happen and they told us that it would cost us $3, 495.00 dollars and that they can help us and stop the foreclosure, we told them that we don't have that amount of money so they said that we can pay little at a time, we can have $900.00 dollar taken out of the bank on January 19, 2009 and on February 6, 2009 in the amount of $1, 295.00 and the last be taken out on March 2, 2009 so we did. Federal Loan Modification found us a lawyer to do our modify, so we will not go in to foreclose. As of 6 months we have not heard from her, so I started calling her and calling her for several months, all I get is the answer service and then music all day long.

non refunded money
I GAVE THEM MONEY TO HELP ME GET MY LOAN MODIFIED, BUT THE MORTGAGE LENDER WANTED 4, 800 DOLLARS.AND THEY STILL FORECLOSED OM MY HOUSE AFTER I GAVE UP 1, 000 DOLLARS TO THIS COMPANY.I CALLED THEM AND THEY TALKED TO ONE OF THEIR WORKERS WHICH IN TURN THEY NEVER DID CALL ME BACK.I HAD TO CALL NUMEROUS TIMES AND I'M STILL GETTING NO ANSWERS.

scam
I recently talk to these people about a loan modification for my home. I told them that I have already been scamed once but she assured me they were not, but something told me to get on my computer an pull up this law firm my heart fell. I am so tired of these peolpe taking advantage of peoples misfortune. I need help tomorrow I will be geting dimissed out of my bankruptcy the hold three years in it was a waste of time. As long as I was in it my mortgage company would not help me .Can any body suggest what my next step would be.I don't know how long it will be before I go into foreclosure so I need help soon.
