An order for car parts was placed on 11/30, RockAuto.coms website advertises 2-3 day delivery via FedEx. According to the tracking information it will not arrive until 12/7, far more than 2-3 days. This is unacceptable - we have customers waiting for a week because of these parts not being delivered in a timely fashion. FedEx takes no responsibility and points all blame at RockAuto.com.
