Bad service
Took off from work to receive a package from FedEx. They never rang the doorbell or knocked. Had to travel 15 miles two days later to get package. On top of this, FedEx expects me to deliver their packages and mail. They leave packages, envelops, etc at my door, side door and on front door that does not belong to that address. My address is clearly visible and FedEx continues to leave mail for my neighbours (who are probably home) at my door. As of yesterday, I have dumped all packages and mail into the USPS boxes. These are homes not apartment buildings.

They don't pay their vendors
We snow plow for the fed ex office in Logan Utah. They owe us over $1000 and no one will pay me. No one will return my phone calls. They tell me the check has to come from Memphis but there is no way to call the Memphis office. That is bull. Tell me one company that doesn’t have a phone number!! My bills are being ignored and I am pissed. I will never do business with them again and I recommend to anyone not to do services for them like lawn care or snow removal because you won’t get paid and they don’t care.

My delivery was given to someone else
I ordered an Item from Hong Kong through eBay and it was being tracked on the FedEx site. I was at work when the site informed me that the package was delivered and signed for by a person I never heard of.
I came home - no package - no note in my mailbox and no idea where my package is. I called them - they said they will TRY and get a hold of the courier. I am going to call them again - the package cost me $260 and they just gave it someone not at my address. I am pissed with FedEx!

FedEx random delivery system
Over the past 12 months FedEx has been paid to deliver no less than 13 packages to me. Of those 13, 11 have been delivered to the wrong address. Each time they report an on-time delivery. Some of the packages have never been located. I now refuse to do business with any company who uses FedEx as their courier. I understand this is partially because they use contractors for the final leg of the delivery and the quality of those contractors varies greatly from area to area. However, I have friends in Utah, California, and Texas who have reported the same lousy service.

Delivered package to someone else!
So i ordered a product online that i needed delivered as soon as possible, the company only offered shipping through fedex. I have had problems with fedex in the past, mainly due to them chucking my packages from the street at my front door. This was the only company that had the product that i needed so i went with them even though i didnt care for their shipping arrangements. I went with the 2 day express delivery, paying an extra 22$ for this service on the 1st of april. My package was shipped all around the united states from arizona, new mexico, texas, tennesse and then finnaly to spokane washington. The delivery date ended up being the 4th of april, doesnt exactly sound like 2day service to me but that i didnt have as much of a problem with as what followed. The fedex guy never delivered it to me! I honestly have no idea where it went, but i belive either the fedex guy took my package or delivered it to someone else who kept it! I was here at my house waiting for it the entire day since the tracking site said it was 'on the truck for delivery'. 4pm came around and i checked the tracking site again to see "delivered: left at front door". I called the local fedex place here in spokane and they wouldnt help me with anything, i had to call the main 1800 gofedex number. After going through their horrible computerized menu i finnaly got a hold of a real person, who did nothing but write a memo for the local place that i just called to ask the driver about it!!! Of course when the asked him he said he is 100% positive that he delivered my package, even added that he put it in between my door and screen door, which by the way was impossible since my screen door is locked from the inside! So here i am out about 150$ plus alot of wasted time because fedex is a horrible corporation that doesnt care about their customers.

Low priority!
I had some parts ordered that by their tracking was to be delivered Friday. I was headed out of town for the weekend, so I figured it would be delivered Sat or Monday. When I got home, there was no sign of the package so I checked the tracking again. It said it was "held for customer pickup" at their facility an hour away. (not sure what part of "Home Delivery" includes driving that far)
I called their Customer Service and they said there was nothing they could do and they were closed until Tuesday. They gave me a story that FedEx Ground is closed on Mondays and there are no deliveries on Mondays. (of course I did see a FedEx Ground truck in town on Monday).
I called again this morning (Tue) and they have no idea why it was held up. They said something about a note that our road wasn't plowed, but there was no snow Fri or Sat. Just another lousy excuse. Supposedly, the package is on the truck and will be delivered today. It's already after 1:00 and no sign of them yet.
We have had packages lost (and found days later)with them. Their driver delivered Christmas gifts to the (obviously) vacant house down the road. I have had it with FedEx and closed my account with them. UPS will get my business from now on and I will try to not order from anyplace that wants to ship by FedEx.
In contrast, our UPS driver is dependable, and calls when our road is bad, etc.

Lost package!
My FedEx package was sent on Feb 8 from the sender. The package arrived, according to the tracking information, in Jacksonville on Feb. 11. It was then delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS by a FedEx driver... the package had the correct address on it?? HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN?
Three calls in three following days were made to FedEx and each time they said they would rectify the mistake. It is now three days later, they still have NOT delivered the package and do not know where it is!
Every person I talk to from FedEx does not know what is "happening" with the package. But it is clear, the DRIVER MADE A BLATANT MISTAKE... he left a package at the wrong address and FEDEX has not done anything about it but pass the buck.
I will NEVER use FedEx again... I hope you are smart enough to us UPS instead!

FedEx does not care about consumers
I ordered an item from Buy.com that should have arrived Nov. 21 but, due to FedEx, I still do not have. Judging from experience, I will likely never receive the item. FedEx claims the driver could not locate my street Nov. 21 and thus refused to deliver my item. I called that evening and suggested they take down directions to my house yet they refused and asked for only my phone number. Nov. 23, I stayed home all day to make sure I would get my item (in lieu of many day after Thanksgiving activities I had previously planned). After noon arrived with no luck, I called FedEx and they claimed the item was on its way. 4 p.m. rolled around and still no item. I kept calling FedEx who finally reported to me at 6:05 p.m. that my item was not delivered because the driver could not locate my street. They suggested I call again Monday morning and, again, leave my phone number. I stuck around Nov. 26 after verifying with customer service the item would be delivered by the end of the day. Internet tracking also stated I would receive the item. An e-mail confirmed this, too. However, someone from FedEx called in the afternoon to tell me the item was not on the truck. Internet tracking states they could not locate me. It now appears FedEx has lost my parcel. I would highly discourage anyone from using FedEx. The company clearly does not know how to operate a business and does not care about the $150 I am now out. Thanks a lot, FedEx. Merry Christmas. You've ruined mine.

FedEx is unreliable!
I have several issues with FedEx. I requested that a shipment not be delivered on the weekend because I would not be home. This was done on a Thursday. My packages were thrown over my gate and left in the weather on Saturday. I did not get home until late Sunday afternoon. This shipment was worth over $2000.00 and I had notified FedEx with sufficient time to reschedule the delivery they were also made aware of the value of the shipment when I requested the later delivery date.
My second problem is that I was supposed to have two packages delivered on this Saturday and no packages were delivered to me because it was raining and no attempt was made. At 5:04 P.M., the driver indicates that they had not attempted delivery due to weather. My package had been on the truck since 7:12 A.M. I understand that they wanted to get home and start their weekend, but that is not an excuse for not doing your job.
In conclusion, I have had my fill of their driver running over my mailbox, delivering my bank checks to my neighbor and just poor communications with respect to customer service. I will no longer order from companies that use FedEx as their only delivery option. FedEx is by far the worst delivery service that I have ever dealt with.

I have recently ordered few compasses from USA to be shipped to Pakistan and in my ignorance believing that Fedex is the best courier I shipped them through Fedex. A note arrived from Fedex Pakistan (Peshawar) office in three days time that my items have arrived and that I have to file paper work for custom etc. I did all that, and then Fedex vanished for almost three weeks. After my consistent poking they told me that my item will be released today (after three weeks) and shipped out of Lahore (Pakistan) office the same day. The items arrived, the box was open, even the plastic container of the items itself was open and two compasses were missing. After a week long battle with local and international Fedex I was told that these items were short in quantity at the origin. I contacted the vendor and they told me that they had shipped the exact quantity. I filed an online complaint to FedEx but then they said that since it more than three weeks now so claims cannot be entertained. Here I am still waiting for any response or solution. I strongly believe that the FedEx Lahore (Pakistan) office has big thieves sitting in there as they were ones who consistently gave me contradicting information. I have given up on the fight but trying your channel to warn people to be extra careful when you consider Fedex as your courier.
