Fed ex customer service is awful
Fed Ex said they delivered a package to my house on December 31, 2009 at 10:43 am. I contacted them that evening to say I had not received the package. The Fed Ex rep said they would contact me Monday January 4. They never contacted me. I contacted them on the 5th. They said they would contact me on the 6th. Again, no effort to contact me. Long story short, they have never contacted me and have given me the run around. My advice is to use UPS as the Fed ex customer service is awful.

Scam
I order car parts online alot. IN the last year I have only received parts shipped fedex on 3 occasions. The first time their website tracking info said my package would arrive on a Saturday. I was pretty happy because I thought it was going to take until Monday. Well Saturday came and the website said it was on schedule, Saturday evening came and my package didn't arrive, on top of that the delivery date dissapeared and didn't reappear until Tuesday when it said it would be delivered that day. I thought it was a mistake, but it seems to be common practice at fedex.

Last week I ordered some more parts and they were shipped fedex. Three packages were scheduled to be delivered on Saturday which sounded great, just a few days after I ordered! So I stayed home Saturday waiting for the packages, and no packages were delivered. The delivery date dissapeared yet it was still on schedule... And then Monday evening a new delivery date for wedensday was set. Well at least those packages came on wed. This recent order was to come in two parts. The second part was shipped two days after the first (Friday 30th) it immediatly had a delivery date for the 5th (today) and surely enough my package wasn't delivered and the delivery date is gone.

I called fedex and spoke to a rep. I told him the situation and asked why it happened and when my package would arrive. He said he didn't know and that my package would be here tomorrow. I guess we will see about that!

Moral of the story is that if you want to track your packages don't bother with fedex, and most importantly don't trust their delivery date.

I will be trying to get my money back and avoid fedex at all cost in the future.

Poor Service
On Thursday I discovered 2 door tags (tried to deliver) on my door. First off, if the delivery person had ANY sense they would have put the second tag in another location, not on top of the first, in hopes of getting them noticed.
On Friday I called FedEx & was told all the packages for that door tag have been delivered. Situation resolved, or so I thought.
Friday evening I get home & notice another door tag. I call again & was told that there are 2 packages that need to be signed for. Since I work "near" their facility I figured I would stop by & pick it up. I got the exact location & office hours.
Monday I called to verify my packages weren't inadvertently sent out for delivery, they weren't. I arrived at their facility approximately at noon & was promptly told by the security guard that there were specific times for package pickup.
On my way back to my vehicle I tried calling FedEx to complain (not once in my previous 3 phone calls had a "package pickup time" been mentioned) & was abruptly hung up on by their representative "Michael".
Now my packages are being held hostage while I can figure out a way to get my packages "at their convenience".

Provides terrible service
Kinkos provides terrible customer service. The last time I went into Kinkos I tried to print on the design work station computer color printer, but it did not have page tiling. I proceeded to have it printed at the front desk, but the color printers were down. I had to drive all the way to another store to finally get a simple color print out. I was given the print outs for free, but was told that it would not be free if it happened again because it is not Kinkos fault that the printers were down. How about comping the print outs because it is good customer service? Kinkos offers printing services, so shouldn't it work when you go there. And if it does not work, then, yes, it is your fault.

I am sure about never using them again and you shouldn't either
I am a web designer trying to build a major server to begin the new year, when the parts I ordered were not compatible I had to overnight the correct ones, that was 2 1/2 days ago. Yesterday UPS and USPS made not one but 2 deliveries in my neighborhood. They literally emptied there trucks got a second load and delivered those as well, while Fedex gave me this status "Local delivery restriction, delivery not attempted" now it is the next day and here is my latest shipping update "Dec 23, 2009 7:43 PMAt local FedEx facility" thats the last update they made, when I called their 800 number last night and asked for an operator there phone system hung up on me. Their local distribution number is unlisted, their shipping outlets would not give me their number. You know their service is terrible when UPS 2 day would have made it here before Fedex Priority Overnight. On top of that the package weighs 60 lbs. So you can imagine how much I paid. All I can say is what can Brown do for me, because I am sure not EVER using them again and you shouldn't either.

NO DELIVERY/Customer Service
Apparently FedEx doesn't deliver anymore; you must meet them to get your packages.
I needed a package delivered urgently so I paid the extra money for Express Delivery. My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday, 5/10/10. Or so I was told. When the package did not arrive when scheduled, I called to follow up. I was told that the package would come in the next day. Sometime.
I received a call at 9:46 a.m. on 5/11/10 and was told that the driver's truck was "broken down". Could I meet him? Seriously. As stated earlier, this package was urgent, I really needed it, so I drove the 7 miles and met him. When I got there, I was not given my package (that the driver had in his hand) right then because the driver was on his break. I was finally able to sign for my package at 10:12 a.m. Also, the driver must have repaired his truck between the phone call that I received and meeting him, because he was able to drive away.
Upon calls to Customer Service, I was told that the package did not arrive on 5/10/10 as it should because:
a) Incorrect address,
b) Incorrect phone number or
c) Driver Error.
These excuses varied with the various/numerous customer service representatives with whom I spoke. When I told one of them that Iwas forced to drive to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered, I was told that "that was on me".
I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will NEVER use FedEx again.

FedEx Covered in snow
FedEx seems incapable of allowing someone to direct where packages are delivered to your home as other carriers do. When FedEx delivers to my home it is in front of the garage and during the winter as you might expect, they get plowed in snow until spring. Company XYZ has provisions for this. Maybe I should direct my deliveries through them?

Stay away from this terrible company
Mr. Fedex I really suggest you stop spending big budget on commercial ads and marketing campaigns because you DONT live up to your words. Instead, you should consider paying your employees little bit more so at least they can start doing the job they are suppose to do correctly.

On Oct.31, 2009 at 1:00 pm I was at the counter sending a rush envelope to Chicago Illinois and. The lady at the counter assured me it will be received Monday before noon but she cannot commit to a specific hour. Although Fedex website states “f your FedEx Express package is delivered even 60 seconds later than we promise, you get your money back. It's that simple.” How can a client prove that it was delivered 60 seconds late if your staff do not commit to a specific delivery time???

On Monday at 1:00 pm I’ve tried to track my envelope on the net and was nothing. I phoned and customer service answered that it hasn’t departed yet from Montreal. I have asked for the envelope to be destroyed because it defeats the point to be delivered after the fact and I have asked for reimbursement. All she could tell me that I have to wait 4 days for search and 2 to 3 weeks for reimbursement. What happened exactly to the ad: Quickly, easily, reliable??

There is nothing quick or easy about it, I have to wait 2 weeks. There is nothing reliable about it my envelope was lost. Please do not encourage Fedex to continue under paying his employees and you loosing your package.

Unacceptable delivery service
I am a 73 year old lady and had ordered a printer from hp. The delivery guy from fedex left it on my porch, the front door was open and he saw me in here, but left the box, and left. He also stuck a sticker on the front door screen. Nothing was checked, This is a retirement village and I do not appreciate the fact he left it he could have set it in the front door.

I will never use Fedex again
Fedex office in Staples located in Hollywood Blvd, FLorida are idiots. Thanks to them I will never use FEDEX again! I brought them 2 prestickered boxs on Monday for Fedex Ground. The girl looked at them and told me where to leave them.

It was a bit starnge that by thursday they were still not delivered and Friday I came back to drop off another box. This guy working there told asked me if the green box was mine, he said they tried to call me but the phone ws disconnected and the box could not be shipped because he did not like the way it was packaged and looked. On my fedex there is 4 points of contact, 1.phone. 2. fax 3.email 4.address This harvard graduate genious couldnt figure out another way to contact me so this package sat there for 5 days till I returned.

I cant imagine what would of happened if I didn't return. Then he critized how this thing was packaged and this tpe of cardbaorad is not recommended for shipping.

I took my packages to UPS exactly as is and they shipped it immidiatly without issues for a few pennies less.
No more Fedex, if this is the type of people they hire and train then they can shove their services where the sun don't shine!
