I have had money taken from my credit card without authorisation

I just checked my bank account to which I found a total of $134.00 charges on differents dates from www.fedgrantsusa.com...
I never agreed to anything as such. Nor have I ever visited this site...
Plus, I am in UK, his products are not sold to UK, as I found stated in his web!!!

unauthorised money taken from my bank account

I am not 100% sure who it is that is taking money from my account except that my bank say it is www.fedgrant???? I have not signed up for anything that i am aware of and i certainly havent authorised any money to be taken from my account. I dont even live in America, i am in England?!!! Can you please stop taking this money from my account or supply me with more details about who is taking the money and why. Please reply. Thanks, Bec.
