UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
ORDERED THE CD. PAID FOR IT. CAME IN THE MAIL . I GOT IT 4 DAYS LATER .DID NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE TO INSTALL UNTIL 12 DAYS LATER. BY THEN FEDGRANTUSA HAD ALREADY APPLIED ANOTHER CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT. THE MORNING THAT I INSTALLED THE CD TO RUN IT THE CODES DID NOT WORK AND I COULD NOT LOG ON. I SEARCHED FOR THEIR WEB SITE AND ONLY FOUND COMPLAINTS ON THE PAGE . SO TO ALL OF YOU WHO ARE LOOKING TO FIND ANYTHING ON THE WEBB BE CAREFULL SOMETIMES IT IS WISE TO CHECK OUT COMPLAINTS BEFORE BUYING I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN AN EYE OPENING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. WISH I COULD REACH MORE PEOPLE TO LET THEM KNOW BUT HOPEFULLY THIS INCIDENT WILL NOT ONLY WARN YO BUT MAYBE MAKE YOU MORE AWARE OF THE CONS OUT THERE..

Used my credit card without my permission
On 06/03/09 I ordered a CD on Government Grants available which was free. I paid $2.95 for S&H. On 06/12/09 & 07/14/09 FEDGRANTUSA used my credit card number and withdrew $39.95 from my checking account without my permission.

i dont know what you are playing at i never bought anything on line with your company.
please immediatly refund me the $12.80 nzd USD 7.95
0.6211* $12.80 and the 27c nxd off shore margins fees and take me off my data base and never again take money from my account.

agreed to pay postage on a free cd about grants available, never was told about no charge but the postage and handling, nothing about a charge of 39.95 .want my money back in bank and me taken off all your list .ty

taking money out of my debit visa
i have had a charge out of my debit visa account for some thing that i didnt authorize i would like it credit back to my account asap other wise further action will be taken and as i live in australia i would like full refund in au dollars not us dollars please dont take any further money out of my account

three unauthorized charges on my credit card
Three charges have been put on my credit card for $39.95 each. I have no idea what these charges are for. I have not used this service or authorized these charges. I would greatly appreciate a refund for all charges.

There was a charge of $39.95 taken out of my account.
It was suppose to be a small shipping charge for information on how to better your business and see if you qualify for a starter check. They used that charge plus an additional charge of $39.95. Everyt time I call to cancel, the phone lines won't go through. Please advise. Elizabeth Burgan
