Horrible work, worst experience I have ever had in my life with a contractor. I am a contractor myself with a five star rating in customer service and product. Ace fencing is an insult to the team of contractors out there today. Mr. Keller is not an honest person, does not stand behind his product, has suggested fraud by stating that he would create an invoice to the insurance company and you split the money with him, , , etc..put up a fence and it is an embarrasment to my home and to our neighborhood, workmanship fence is crooked, when the wind blows it makes a loud creepy sound like it is about to fall apart you hear this all night long, the fence looks like he got it off the very bottom of a skid, the wood fence is molded separating, put in nails instead of screws, dirty wood, when I called about my disattisfaction he became irrate, yelling, said I signed a contract which I never signed the contract stating that I was 100% satisfied. He refused to return to fix the problem, sooooooooo taking him to court of course. He demanded the other half of th e money in cash so you know what that means he is not reporting income any honest contractor knows that and yes there is a word for it..so us as tax payers foot the insurance fraud bill year after year...well you will be reading the update from me. I am not going to sit back and allow any contractor to create such a mess with the blatent disrespect for my property while my wood is rotten and dirty and molded and horrible product my money was green and he took it.!! I am highly upset and have reported him to Better Business Bureau and two other companies I wish not to mention but he will know soon enough...I am getting my fence replaced and he will pay for it. I suggest you people take him to court..enough is enough..it is well worth it..stop allowing this company to just take your money there are many complaints out there about this company and I have not seen one review wherre there is a happy customer and if there is they probably are in his circle. I will also submit my photo I have many of them and you all will be shocked! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL REGRET IT DEEPLY IN YOUR POCKETS, TIME AND YOU WILL BE EMBARRASED IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
