I purchased a pair of Fendi sunglasses for my wife that are adorned with the Fendi logo in Swarovski crystals.
The crystals have ‘dulled’ to a point where they appear quite unattractive. Approaches to Swarovski and the original retailer (i.e: David Jones) for assistance have been rejected.
I expect more from a famous international brand such as Fendi!
