The service at Fenesta is absolutely the pits. Even to place an order on Fenesta, the customer is made to feel that Fenesta is doing him a favor. Then Fenesta does not adhere to delivery schedule/ dates committed. Except for the fact that look and quality of windows/ shutters supplied is normal, Fenesta would be the last vendor that I would like to deal with.
After sales service post purchase from Fenesta is terrible to say the very least. Repairs to windows/ shutters requested for are not attended to. Only reference/ query numbers are provided time and again. Assurances of attending to problems in 24 hours/ 48 hours are only claims because they are then followed up with profuse apologies. Apologies do not solve the problems a user faces. He needs technicians to attend to the problem. It is hilarious to hear that lock problems can be rectified in due course. If so, then why have locks ?
I had complained twice earlier but, no one attended. Then I filed a complaint. Assurance to attend in 48 hours. No luck. Called Bangalore Office on 25 Apr’11 and got another complaint number, Assurance to attend in 24 hours. No luck. Called your Toll Free No. They offer profuse apologies but, does not help me as problem still remains. Today there is no response from your Bangalore Office !!! I am at my wits end to have dealt with Fenesta.
