Earlier mentioned complain about my dues pending with the company from last one year and seven month, till date the company is not willing to clear my dues, few days back Mr.Rahul the HR in charge of the company asking for no dues, if you submit he no dues we clear your hole dues but how can i trust a person like so called COO Mr.Rohit Singhal who is pending my salary and TDS and PF from last one and 7 years, i am surprise that a person is not care the system and threatening me continuously if you are not unsubscribe the complain i will take legal action against you, tel me a person hold my dues and then after do like this and not caring the system, my suggestion if any one read this complain beware of the FERNAS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD now FRENAS CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD is fraud company he is not only harass me but also harass many of sub contractor, vendor and poor labour .he just invest money from subcontractor, vendor and employees and start business .in there money, after that influence the local administration police political people and start delay of payments of every body, after some time if the employ asking about the delay he said that not to ask money we are Politically strong company and our owner is a finance minister of the Turkey and we have very good relation with Mrs Sonia Gandhi and Dr.Monmohan singh, if call me or mail me next time i wil send gunda to your house and harass your family, for that only i am left Delhi(NCR) to Mumbai.so my request to every body beware of FERNAS COMPANY.they are basically under world organization my be involve in any other business, in one year a person buy a big house in Gurgaon and Luxurious vehicle and ask for our hard earning money every time coat ok will pay but as you know my case it is already passed 1&7 years time.

Dear sir my name is Ranjit mohanty, i have 24 years of experience in construction field (Hydro carbon), i am joined fernas after detail interview with Mr. Sanjeev malhotra(VP), Mr.Rohit singhal(COO) and Arsen (Turkey national) on Aug.2009 at Gurgaon, Haryana Ferans office. they inform me after two days they send confirmation to join as a RCM of DVPL(DAHEJ VIJAYAPUR PIPE LINE) 48'' PIPE LINE of GAIL INDIA LTD. In that days i was worked with KAZSTROY INFRA SERVICES INDIA LTD and deputed as RCM at BKPL (BINA KOTA PIPE LINE ), I INFORM both Fernas representative i want one month time to join ur concern ok i was avail the time and join Fernas on Aug-22nd 2009. at head office gurgaon after join i found that i was not the independent RCM there was one Turkey national Mr.Yahooz is my boss, and i discussed with the managemant but thy fraud me from day one, any way i was shifted to Ujjain (MP) Speard-III and start my activities coordinate with the GAIL PERSONAL AND TRACTOWELL representative, slowly we move with successful planning to achieve the target as per our construction schedule, in the mean time the Turkey national are coming and misbehave with our Indian workers and staff they made rule the Indian engineers managers are not allowed to eat in cafetiere facility, i was strongly oppose for this our country and we are not ready for gulami type treatment and the Turkey national are not proper wok permit document i was brought this matter to Mr.Rohit (COO) & SANJEEV MALHOTRA but instead of taking any action they twist me and instruct me seat quite, and one day one of there are top management personal reached at Ujjain office with Mr.Rohit and go for a site visit after coming back they arrenge small party at Ujjain and called me to join with us, after party they called for a meeting with me the meeting was over around 12.30hrs .one fine morning Mr.Rohit called me over the phone ranjit you are instruct to quite site imidietly, i said how it is possible i am with my family and my wife was sick give time to quite but Rohit threaten me to quite imidietly otherwise you will face dare consequences, ultimately they send local gunda to my house thorn my gods and rough up my wife and five year son. i was nothing with my belonging with me and money also, haired a Vehicle back to Delhi on 10th march 2010, Till date niter the company reimburse my notice period salary and return my PF and forcibly deduct excess TDS amount which was not deposited to my account nor reflect in my form-16, i am follow up from last one year With Mr.Rahul Italia(HR Head), Rohit, Sanjeev & Vishal agaggarwal(Tax Depp.), no action was taken yet some time Mr.Visal and Rahul says that we will take up the matter and issue you the Form -16 (2011-2012) but when they want to issue the form-16 i don't no, kindly plz help me in this regard and help me to with drawl the PF also.FERNAS CONSTRUCTION is a fraud company in Gurgaon does EPC and pipe line jobs.Does not pay to salary and dues to staff and worker cheat people .Thoroughly unprofessional and unethical.Please be aware before doing any business with this company .Even they manipulated the documents of the sub contractors. Boosts around for paying bribes. Rohit is a son of a beach, his promise are always like a prostitute promise.i have the lot of evidence if want i can avail.
