Along with all the others that have complained I agree you cannot reach anyone for support. The support number is busy all day. When you do get through you get a robotic answer. The website did not disclose that they were backordered for weeks. When you do get through they cannot find your order in the system. I ordered mine on December 2 and when I checked my account on the 15th I realized they had not taken the money out yet and I was $3.00 short for the order. I scrambled to find them to give them an alternate means of payment and they said "we just tried to pull your order today and now you have to wait until December 21st. I said that is a Sunday. Three times I told her that was a Sunday and Supervisor Joy said that it would be pulled on that day. I called them today the 22nd and it has not been pulled. The phone operator Diana said it would be pulled today and that no one tried to pull on the 21st because it is Sunday and there is no shipping on Sunday. I said I know that but that is what Joy told me on the 15th. I verified the date 3 times with her and wrote it on my notes. I also had a co-worker listening to the conversation. Diana also told me there could be an issue with my credit card and asked me to give it to her again and I said "No I don't give my numbers over the phone." She tried to tell me my order was hand entered and I assured her my order was done on the buysnuggie website and not over the phone.
Here is a number that you will get through on. After doing some digging I have the corporate number where the managers are. Connecticut. 1-203-269-0211, press zero to get the switchboard and then ask for a supervisor. They will tell you that you have to wait 24-48 hours but that is crap, I was put through the first time I called immediately.
