FFA.net Beware! False Advertisment!

My wife and i started an online business and we wanted to start getting some traffic to our website. So we came across a site that was called http://www.FFA.net we were attracted too their special offer this is what it said ..."NEW! For the first time in FFAnet history, we are offering a free 7-day trial for our famous Pro Platinum marketing package (normally $39). Sign up now for your free trial!"

My wife signed up for the FREE 7 day trial January 11th 2006 and she had to use her credit card to signup. The very next day we had a charge for $39.00 taken out of our account. When my wife called the bank they verified that it was FFA.net. So what i did was ...I went online and looked at our bank account sure thing we saw a charge for $39.00!

So we emailed FFA.net and they denied it was them

Take a look at our reply we have included a copy of the bank transcation.
pay close attention too the bank staement and you will see a charge for 39.00 on the 12th of January that was just 1 day after my wife signed up on the 11th of january 2007

Yes it was charged. my wife and i went too the bank and they showed it too us. and i went on line to see for myself and it is in there. It shows a charge for 39.00 and they told us we will see who the charge came from tommorrow if we were to go online again and look at our account. but the bank was able to tell us immediately that it was FFA.net. what we did also was save the email you just sent us and make a copy of it to show our bank that you acknowledge that our account should not have been charged to 7 days later.

We printed out FFa.net 7 day trial offer to show the bank as well as the emails they sent us. It is Crystal Clear that FFA.net didnot keep too their 7 day trial agreement. Their GREED blinded them and they hastily charged our account and totally denied it. Our bank is taking action now and we should be getting back our money soon.
