I have a mortgage thru Wells Fargo. I have never been late with my mortgage. When I lost my job in 11-2008 I contacted the mortgage company because i had a drastic change in finances. They placed me on an Amoritorium program and assured me that my credit report will not be affected meaningthat they would not report me late. Since that time to date they have reported me late two months, October 2009 which is fabricated and April on two credit reports and May of 2009 on the other one. This after the mortg co. sent me a letter apologizing for their mistake. I have faxed them and contacted them on numerous occassions with no feedback no response at all about fixing the info on my credit report. I have never been late and understand under this program my payments were less, but since they have messed up my report. I have consistantly paid them in full each month and have my payment history as well as cancelled checks to prove every transaction. Now since I threatened them to report them to the BBB and to the consumer reporting agency which I have now done they made an automatic debit from my bank account which was not set up for them to do so which caused me to have insuffiecient funds. I am outraged and called the bank and expressed my concern trust me. They will take care of it on their end. I have never been late since I had my home and have requested since 2008 for my loan to be reset. I was and am a good standing customer since I have been in my home. The only 2 things important to me is being able to pay my mortgage on time and my credit report. Now they have ignored my request to reset my loan even though I have made every effort to give them info as they have requested. They have ruined my credit report and this is unfair practice and I feel discrimination. I feel that they are not trying to help me but to string me along in hopes that I will fall behind. I have paid them on time each month. Then they are now saying that I owe a total of $6000+ for some balloon payment that I told them that I know that I do not owe without a shadow of a doubt and when I explain all my payments to their reps that I know for a fact that they have received each month their reps still try to convice me that I owe. I will not pay a ballon payment I don't care what their program is because since I have been on this so called help out the consumer and tax payer and a good standing customer it has been a nightmare!! I am going to pursue every avenue I can to get my credit report back in good standing as well as report every company I can that does not assist me in keeping myhome and as I have requested more affordable payments. Next letter will be written to our State Congressman. I mean it!@!!! I am not letting this go. I was promised one thing and they have gone on the deep end and have created a worldwin of negativity for me.
