I want to complain about Fiat, in Cancun, Mexico, on the Avenue Yaxchilan.
They have been playing loud music from speakers outside their showroom in their lot.
In Cancun, there is no real planning, except for the Hotel Zone, therefore, they are across the street from a Hotel, Apartments, and other residences close by, including a primary school.
My friends and neighbors, including myself have called and complained to their franchise many many times with little or no effect.
They are bad neighbors with no respect for people who have to work at night, and in Cancun, that's about 50% of us. There are at least 2 people in particular who go out to turn it up, including, one time, my roomate called them, and instead of turning it down, they turned it up louder.
I do not understand their lack of respect, or the obvious fact that they think it's a game to play. We have to live and rest and sleep and work like anyone else. Apparently, they don't care. I wish those employees of that particular franchise would put themselves in OUR shoes...
By the way, I myself worked at car dealerships in the USA, and they NEVER used loud music to attract customers.
I would hope they read this and try to at least comprehend our situation, and the fact that in order to pay the rent, we have to sleep before we go to work. Also, we have a right to listen to our OWN music, in our OWN house when we please, without getting blasted by their ambient music across the street.
I am sending this in hopes that SOMEBODY high up in the Fiat Corporation pays attention.
Thankyou for understanding
