fidelity flat fee is a flat fee mls listing service that advertises that they will list your home on the mls and also lists many other web sites on their web page that they would like you to believe that they will list your home on.

I signed up for this service, paying a large sum of money believeing that they were going to put my home on those sites, like zillow and frontdoor.com as well as others that they list on their web page.

Well buyer beware! they WILL NOT list your home on ANY of the web sites that they show on their advertisement except the very few that are mls sites only!

When I tried to get them to list my home on those sites that they clearly show on their web page they outright refused!

This company does not have a phone number where you can talk to an actual person about your listing if there are any problems. The only way to contact them is through email.

I have put pictures on the site and when I changed them they never updated them.

I have asked numerous times that they update my photos and they act like they don't know what I am talking about!

In my opinion this is the WORST flat fee mls listing service on the web!!!
