I wanted to download some soccerclips for a kids-quiz in better quality than a Youtube-download. Fies-express offered som avi's that I needed to see. I could take a 3 day unlimeted access for 1, 95 USD. I made sure I changed the default that they brougt to Lifetime Full Access to 3 days access.
The return-mail didn't clearly show what I took, but stated that it was a one time and non recurring charge.

They charged €57, 50 from my creditcard from Zagreb..

I called the US-telephonenumber and it started with: If you want a refund, press 1. I gave some details of my creditcard and I hope this will work :-(.
