suspected fraudulent trading

Out of the blue, this supposed company billed my credit card for KN510 (Croatian Kuna) £65 .00 pounds sterling.
I have contested payment an the bank have sent me what purports to be an agreement to pay for membership (very badly spelt!) They have all my personal details!!

What I assume to be the real website speaks of FREE membership. All this is irrelevant, as I have no need of any service of this nature!

Do you have any knowledge of problems with this company or anyone posing as this company?

N.B. I live in France, but my bank is in the UK (Just to complicate matters)

No way of getting ahold of them to cancel

We have no way of getting ahold of this business. The receipt we got was in a foreign language. How do we get ahold of them?
