Ok. I am writing this complaint because I did not find any on this company when i searched for some.So I went ahead and became a member and then became a non-member as quickly as possible.
Ok Facts you need to know abt this company:

1) Your Ordering is something that needs to be done with caution. While ordering they pre- check some additional products defaultly, if you don't uncheck them deliberately, they end up coming into your order and you end up getting charged for it. I got charged $15 more like that. And I did uncheck two other items that were pre-checked in the order. I somehow missed this one.

2) Your complete order will not be shown in detail before submission . i.e there is no preview of your order.

3) The software this company uses to download files is not similar to Rapidhsare and Megaupload where you go to the website and they give the download. It asks y0ou to install a beautifully packaged software called "360 degrees share" that is a " GNUTELLA"(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gnutella). Now basically you will be part of a nework system where you can freely download files on other people's PCs and others can download files from your PC without you knowing it. If your PC is ON and is part of the GNUTELLA network, a member of the network can get the files off your PC without you knowing it. Now to be fair, the software however mentions that you will only share a single folder that you explicitly mention during the installation. But I am not that confident that only that folder will be accessed. Can anyone of let someone in your home when they say I only take stuff from your cookie jar, even when you are not there? come on is there anyone dumb enough to let someone like that person in.
2)My Avast antivirus kept on screaming ( 7-8 times)that I was downloading a virus when I was trying to use the Gnutella software .I sincerely want to thank god for making avast home edition a free edition. I am so indebted to avast people. To those who are looking for free anti-virus software I can say that Avast "home edition " is your " GUARDIAN ANGEL"

3) Through out the whole process I was very uncomfortable not knowing what I might be letting into my PC.

In the end, I cancelled my membership as quickly as possible. Of course, I had to wait for 45 min to get hold of a customer service representative. That is another story. But he was good.
