Recently I applied for Finance house credit card, the sales man told me the card is free for life and i can get 5@ cash back for 90 days if I make purchase of min of AED 1000/- Later when i got the card by courier I found there is no mention of 5 % cash back, and they have the exclusive right to change the term and condition without notice to the customers.

I called up the call center they told me that there are no charges so I activated the card but later when i called them they had debited my account with AED 275/* when i inquired they said its participation fees for 5% cash back, when i told i don't want to participate and i had never agreed nor signed any papers on this terms in the application form, nor nowhere have they mentioned it in their booket they refused to reverse it and said the card is activated and if i want i can cancel it after paying the amount. Also as they upgraded my card to gold i had to spend min AED 2000 to get the same benefit and also the cash back will be credit to my car only after six months.

Is there any way i can insist them to state there terms clearly upfront and stop them from cheating gullible customers like me.
