This property management company is the worst I have dealt with in all of my years of renting. They have very poor service, they have all kinds of excuses for not doing something done at the rental you are renting and they will even flat lie to you in your face that they have all ready taken care of the situation. Tha is why it is best to take photos of all of the items that were not done before you sign a contract with them. Also they will nickle and dime you to death by charging you all kinds of late fees if you are only two days late, they will hit you with a $150 late fee if your payment is not received by the 2nd and then charge you $10 per day until you are caught up on your rent. They will not accept any kind of payment other than a certified check or money order. Make sure you read all of the fine print before you sign their contract. They are into this business for themselves to make money by ripping you off and do nothing for the tennant or the owner of the house. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
