Scam
Beware of SCAM. I was working with this company that posed as a "Non Profit Organization". They charged me up front, which I found out was illegal for loan modifications, and ended up not getting me a modification and not refunding me any money. They do not offer a refund policy at all.
I was nervous signing up with them at first, knowing that they would be taking money out of my bank account each month. Now that I know they have scammed me and my family of our last dollars, I will do everything I can to make sure they don't do it to anyone else. They promised me a modification if I signed up. I just found out also that they are being investigated by authorities.
Financial Hope For America is actually Certified Financial Protection Group. They changed their name because of all the complaints. If you Google Certified Financial Protection Group scam, you will see that they have the same address and have an F on the BBB, with many many complaints.
