Avoid these people at all costs. This internet and especially EBay seller is a nasty piece of work. Just check their negative feedback on Ebay: 60+ complaints in the last month, nearly 500 in the last year. Many are for nonreceipt of merchandise which is the problem I had with them.
Items ordered Nov 25th were never received. USPS Delivery confirmation tracking showed that the items were returned to them 4 weeks after mailing. Findingking admitted as much in an email yet they would neither remail the items nor refund my payment ostensibly because by then I had filed a PayPal dispute. They said they could not process a refund unless I dropped the PayPal claim which is total nonsense.
Astonishingly PayPal eventually ruled in Findingking's favor saying only the seller had supplied proof of mailing. Never mind that the USPO delivery confirmation tracked the items back to the sender. The tracking info in fact showed the merchandise went to Orlando Florida and then returned to the shipper. (I live in the US Virgins.)
What is especially troubling is that Findingking obviously represented to PayPal that the item was in fact delivered. PayPal doing a sloppy investigation is bad enough but to think that a major online vendor would fraudulently misrepresent the facts in this manner is beyond belief.
Findingking is an example of the WORST the internet marketplace is capable of. They sell large quantities of low cost items with small profit margins. Customer service and brand loyalty are NOT part of their business model. Apparently integrity and honesty don't figure in either. Avoid them!
