unauthorized charges
I too, for the past two months have been receiving unauthorized charges of $14.95 on my Embarq bill. I called the number provided and advised that I did not authorize the charges. They not only had my e-mail address incorrect, but also had my date of birth incorrect. I have never heard of findyourdiet.com and I want the charges stopped.

RIP OFF
FINDYOURDIET.COM has somehow made a connectionto my home phone, number. I do not know how but I have call my phone company Embarq several times and they have replace the money credit but it still is getting charged on my bill month.
I want this thing cancelled. I am not working and this added bill is by no means one I wanted or added. So please take care of this problem, immediately. Thank you Patty

Unauthorized charges
Today, Saturday, January 30, 2009 I received my latest At&T telephone bill and was shocked to find an erroneous $14.95 charge from HBS Billing Services on behalf of United Tel, LLC - Findyourdiet.com. It appears to be a recurring monthly charge beginning 1/3/2009.
I did not order nor authorize this charge. When I phoned AT&T to dispute it I was told to call United Tel. When I phoned them I received a recorded message to call back Monday - Friday 8 am-8 pm Eastern time.

Unauthorized billing
When I received my Jan 2009 AT&T phone statement there was an added amount of 14.95 listed for United Tel, LLC. With this there was a phone number. (866-877-1160). I called this # and found out the charge was for FindYourDiet.com. I told the person that I had never heard of this company. She indicated that I had authorized it. I told her that I did not think that I had, but that I would pay for that months charge. She stated that she would cancel this account if I wanted her to. I said please do. Then when I received my Feb. 2009 statement it was still on it.
I have tried to contact them with the above number and I get the canned message that my call will be answered in the order that it was received and then I wait. After awhile it tells me that the office is closed and I need to call during office hours which it is during office hours that I am calling. I know 14.95 is not that much, but I am not willing to pay for something that I have nothing to do with.

unauthorized charge on phone bill
on my phone bill for december services, i have found a suspicious charge. this was never authorized by anyone in the household, nor myself online. this charge just appeared, out of the blue. call the number given for united tel, llc findyourdiet.com and get it reversed. call your phone provider that it was billed to and they should be able to reverse the charges as well. i just did that with at&t, i had no problems getting it taken off my bill. they have had many customers call regarding the same company.
i was advised by my phone company of how united tel billed me. i must've been offered something for free online and out of curiousity clicked onto the site and started answering the questions. once you go through all that, even if you do not agree to the terms and policies and backed out of the site, united tel got my phone billing information, and automatically enrolled me into the monthly thing. i feel very violated, especially when i did not agree to their terms and policies and backed out of their site, and did not even give them my phone number. they somehow get the information through the internet. i am a consumer who reads the terms and policies all the time, so something like this doesn't happen, and it still happened to me.
