Awful service
I purchased $2417.89 worth of furniture. I received my Dinning room table, chairs, and hutch. But I had to send back the top part of the hutch and two chairs because the wood in them was cracked. I was told that about 2 weeks later a new hutch top and one chair would be delivered and I was pleased. But 2 weeks passed I never received the furniture, I called them and they told me that it had shipped from the 4 factory and would be in, in two weeks. I called back on the 5th week and complained that I was making my final payment and still haven't received my furniture yet. They said that it shipped but they don't have it yet. They finally called me 1 day short of 5th weeks and said it was in and when can they deliver it. I set up July 17th for delivery. When they delivered the furniture it was in pieces. I again called them and I told that I did not order any top pieces of this wall unit/home office furniture. They couldn't figure out how to put it together. They said "missing pieces, call office". They wanted me to sign. Because I had trouble talking with them I wrote on the invoice "This is not what I ordered. Missing pieces! So I called the store who told me to call on Monday. I was so upset I went to the store. The manager was very rude. I told him my problem and asked him to picture out himself but he was very rude and gave the job to another employee. I was there for an hour but no one approached me, and when I went forward asking they just told me to wait. I hate the service. Never pay for some thing until you get it when dealing with furniture companies. Never sign for something and make them take it back if you are not satisfied. I should have never signed, even though I made the comment it wasn't the right pieces.

Terrible company
I & my boyfriend purchased master bedroom furniture set from this company and had told them that we did not wanted the delivery soon as we were shifting in the new apartment, but this company came to our house without a warning. We were still painting that room and we were not ready for the delivery. We were promised we would receive a call the day before the delivery and that did not happen. The delivery men told us they could not reschedule because our furniture had to be unloaded in order for them to deliver their 11 other deliveries for the day. We had to adjust and allow them to delivery our furniture and leave the furniture off the walls until we were done painting. It was a huge inconvenience. After 1.5 hours of them setting up the furniture, they left our house. We noticed they left a large oil/diesel fuel stain in front of our home. It was very large and the neighbors began complaining. We contacted the store immediately and were told they would be out to take care of it within 1 hour. After calling 6 times that day, they finally showed up the following day to address the problem. The employees that came to fix it said they shouldn't be taking care of it and that the store should have "professionals" cleaning the mess or putting new asphalt & concrete down. When I contacted the store to let them know of this, they said the county would not let them do anything to correct it. After many wasted calls to various members of the company and finally speaking to their unprofessional business manager I was told they would not be doing anything to correct the problem in front of my home. It is such an eye sore every time we look at it. It is a constant reminder everyday we see it to never buy from that company again.
