I recently order some sunglasses and 3 watches from fine-mall.com.When the order arrived, I only received 1 on the watches that I ordered, another one that was substituted and the 3rd did not arrived at all. when contacted, only thru email, they refused to give me a refund on the substitution, and said that they would send the 3rd watch on my next order - like I was going to order from them again. Finally after 26 emails, pics included, they credited me for the 3rd watch after refusing to ship it. Couldn't return the 2nd watch because there was nothing wrong with it. Don't use this company, they are very hard to deal with
