I have been making my payments online for a mattress set I bought.
I make all payments when I receive my check on or about the first of each month. GEMB has been charging me late charge fees because they get my payments too early. To me that is the epitome of stupidity. I was told by mallory, emp#7420 that she can only credit me for one late charge even though they have charged me unjustly many times. To me this appears to be a scam to avoid the payments within the interest free time frame. I was told that there is no person higher than her that I can register a complaint with. I will take my complaint to the BBB and to the Attorney General if I receive no reasonable resolution to this matter within a timely fashion.
