Be aware of this crook ! We purchased a bedroom set at premium price. However, what we received is the seems to be used one or return furniture. There are holes of screw at the back of the dresser & mirror, also there is big visible crack on the side of dress & bed frame. We contact customer service immediately after the delivery. They send service man to inspect one week later. In the following 3 weeks, we attempt to discuss the issue with manager at customer service but the manager was always unavailable. Every time we left messages for the manager to call back, we never received call back. Finally in 4th week, we get chance to talk to the manager. She said except sending service man to repair the furniture, they can't exchange or accept the return. WE PAY FOR BRAND NEW FURNITURE, BUT RECEIVED USED DEFECT ONE IN THE END.
We would like to use credit card at the time of purchase, but they don't accept credit card. They want cash, check, debit card only. Now look back, it is very understandable their practice. They leave buyer with no protection for their deceptive business practice.
Now I have to file complaint with BBB. I am also considering retaining a lawyer to sue them.
If they pland to buy from Finger Furniture, reconsider your desicion. Don't fall to be next vistim of this crook !
