Firestone at Hanover Park, IL locations rips people off. They are the worst at customer service. All I went is for an Oil Change and they brought check engine light in my car. I asked and they said they have to charge $100 for diagnostic. How ridiculous is this... They caused the light to come on and they want to charge people for troubleshooting... This is complete bullshit when I tried to speak with District Manager, he just agreed with Firestone local mechanic and refused to refund my money...

I am very disappointed with their customer service...
