I took my car in for a normal oil change and found when I received my car back that a $100 visa gift card was taken out of my glove box. I reported this to the service advisor as soon as I checked the car over and asked why someone had to go into my glove box for an oil change. I was told that they inspect the car for anything that needs to be replaced. I was told by the advisor that there was not a manager to speak with and was given his card and told he would call me that evening to follow up or at the latest the next day. It took two more days and two more phone calls to finally receive a message from the manager only asking me if I found the gift card. I finally got to speak to a new manager 5 days later in regards. He told me that they are not responsible for anything taken out of my car and could not help me in anyway. Not only do I feel like my complaint was not handled professionally but not taken seriously. I have done over $1000 business with this location in the last couple of months with some other issues. This is the last time I will be bringing my car to them and I hope others will also keep an eye out when doing business with them. Futhermore if you do bring your auto here I would make sure anything of value is removed before leaving it. You will have a hard time finding a manager to speak with in addition to one that is willing to help in anyway.
