FRAUD /ILLEGAL HAULER / SCAM!!!

is a fraud and is transporting illegally as per the federal laws with no commercial insurance, DOT or MC #S also displayed on the side of your legal truck like all commercial trucks running DOT hrs & log books. You need proper government authority to transport for hire. You have not. We have filed against him. Do not use this guy or the many other non legals that state they are insured or legal it will cost you in the long run. When he gets pulled overby any law enforcement or go over required scales or at state lines driver will the arrested and fined and your load will be impounded and towed to DOT storage and get fees/fines and require a legal transporter with DOT / MC #s with commercial insurance to remove it with proper certification after all fines & fees have been paid.

Read his feedback good all of us on the same page damaged my 2009 hayabusa claims he didnt do asked for bill of lading could not provide it would not provide insurance to file claim for damages when I picked up the phone to call police so he can produce paper work he ran out my house like a bullet and left. stay away. also forgot to mention was a day late and came 2am never paid him due to damages to my bike. and hard to communicate with.

Very disappointing experiance for me I was told my motorcycle was going to get delivered only to be disapointed when I had to call to check on the status of my shipment to be told that he hadnt even picked it up yet so I was going to go pick it up myself when I called the 2nd time to tell the driver not to worry about pick up I was going to get it myself he disclosed to me that he had picked it up and he had it at his house?! Then he asked if he could store bikes at my house!Crazy!DONOTUSETHEM!

This is bull i delivered the bike on tuesday morning and picked it up the next day like i told him, you can click on bid details and see it for your self i told him bike will be delivered thursday and it was delivered on tuesday and he was begging me to get it there earlier but i told him tuesday would be the earliest and i delivered it at 5 am ad all he did is put it in his garage and went back to sleep, like i said before its hard to please everyone and i wish that someone could move as many

I applaud enterprising folks. They make and pay their way. Chasnik is three guys with two pick-up trucks. Two of the three drive endlessly, sleeping in their trucks when they must. With no 'plan B' or alternate back-up, when their personal life throws a curve, your stuff lives with them as they return home. Later as personal issues are resolved, your stuff is on the road again. I was finally able to take delivery of my bike at 5:30 AM, 8 days after scheduled delivery. Too risky to recommend.

wow, you are an IDIOT it should not matter to you how many trucks or drivers i have and where/how they sleep thats totally none of your business. My brother in law had to go to a funeral and this JERK doesnt care about anything besides himself. Very rude and this was the worst experience for my driver. I would like to know what would you do if you lost a family member???

The bike was damaged during shipping ! The shipper admitted to the customer at delivery that he had broken the mirror but left out the brake pedal and gas tank. The bike was a near mint 1983 suzuki that the buyer had as a teenager and was quite dissapointed. When i mentioned this to the owner he had nothing to say except that the buyer was SOL. I recived threating messages from the shipper as well afterwords. WILL NEVER SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!

Cody forgot to mention that he didn't show up at pick up location and that Edward(customer) his old times friend was all happy after he had inspected bike at delivery.Claims about tank and pedal after 3 weeks of using the bike are bogus! Cody never paid for shipping crying that he'd lost his job.His girlfriend was replying on our calls instead of him. Horrible experience with dishonest individuals! And afterwArds, jackas$!!!

Terrible experince the shipper who is not licensed and does not have a bussiness dropped my motorcylce off the back of his trailer and drug it down the hwy. It was 1.5 months late and arived trashed. He stated he picked it up in this condition. My bike seller had pictures just prior to pick up and bike was pristine. Finally dirtbag shipper admitted to it and said he would pay me money. Never did. Sent certified mail to his fake address but it got returned. Email for more [email protected]

Arrived late, the warehouse was already closed. He find nothing better than to leave the bike on the car park beside the road with the keys above. Result no key anymore on the bike on Monday morning and $ 3, 000 to order a complete ignition system. The only thing he found to say: sorry. Not professional at all.

LIAR, bike was picked up on friday in Detroit and delivered on the next day to Champlain NY, the bike was dropped of at his friends house and i have text messages to prove that, called me 10 after bike was dropped off and said his keys are missing, sorry but we are not responsible for anything from drop off point, your friend signed off and i was on my way. Thats what happens when you let something sit at your friends house for 10 days. Not responsible and tries to blame someone else

The shipment was picked up late. I was promised it would be picked up on a certain day which it was not. Then I was promised another day. Same results. Delivery was just as poor. I shall never use this shipper again!

They did not pick up my bike when requested. I even asked them to confirm pickup and they did agree so I selected them. I had simiar problems with drop off in that there were delays that were questionable. Not sure if I could use them again.

picked up one day late do to mechanical issues was delivered one week earlier, it says on their profile delivery between 8/4 and 8/7 was delivered on the 27th, also it say on our profile 15 days for delivery after pick up. Anyways life goes on and things do happen when you are on the road

delivered within 10 days as promised, called 6 hours ahead and told him to have cash ready and he had a cashiers check with my name spelled totally wrong, so the main reason he wasnt happy because he does not ready the rules and then tries to blame someone else

I picked it up on the 9th of April and delivered 0n the 27th of April my timing is pick up within 10 and deliver within 15 i was late only 3 days do to bed weather in MS.

An extremely unsatisfactory service. The bike was transported uncovered/unprotected and delivered filthy, rusty and damaged. The tank was gouged through to the base material and the frame tabs were bent. After 2 months of putting me off, the carrier refused to pay for any damages and I was forced to part the bike out in pieces. Never use this carrier.

Hauler picked up within hours which was great. However delivery was delayed over a week and the worst part is that he didn't leave me title etc. Said they only gave him the pickup slip. Found out he actually had the title documents etc. After finally able to contact again said he would mail out paperwork. That was 3 weeks ago. We still don't have the paperwork and now cannot get him to respond.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS PERIOD! It took over a month plus to recieve the bike and then the guy calls up and asks if i could pick it up 120 miles south of me. Then called next day to change plans. Everyweek it was a different story when it was coming. 0 ZERO updates or communication in to regards where your shipment may be. Judging from the equipment used and lack of care of my bike recieved, i would never use or reccomend these guys to even my enimies. Totally unprofessional!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available This shipper failed to meet the agreed upon delivery date nullifing the contract price. When delivery was made the shipper was upset because I refused to pay the full amount. Unprofessional and also unlicensed. He tore out of my driveway scattering gravel everywhere, DO NOT USE. USHIP needs to screen shippers and make sure that they are licensed as required by State and Federal law. DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER.
