I’ve cancelled my premium with First for woman today. Firstly, when you try to call either the lines are down or you hold for at least... FOREVER... to talk to someone who actually seems like they can help you... I’ve signed with them in June 2008 and I was told I was going to have a fixed rate for 12months... Low and behold in April 2009 they decided to deduct more than my usual premium because they say the rates had gone up. Well, that’s nice isn’t it? When I tried to explain to the consultant that I have a fixed premium and that I haven’t been with them a year yet, she tried to convince me that my contract was older and that a year has gone by. Unless she can’t count to 12 she hasn’t got an excuse. Secondly, after I had to explain what 12months meant, she then told me that the rates go up once a year in April and that I have been notified... Unless I have telepathy abilities that I’m not aware of I did not receive anything!!!
I cancelled my insurance with them today and while I was still talking to the consultant, SHE decided the conversation was over and decided to hang up. Now I ask you! Is this the way to try and keep a client?????? It’s shocking and the service is poor!!! Thanks for wasting my money First for woman!!! I got a better premium and service somewhere else.
