I am absolutely disgusted with you pathetic service; there are no words to express my utter disgust. How can I be assured that your incompetence can handle my account competently?
I have phoned several times to arrange that debit order details be changed. It was not done. A R55 penalty was charged to my account for your incompetence. Then I phoned in again to make arrangements to re-submit the debit order with the new account details, your call centre assured me that it would be done after we double checked all the details. Do my disgust I was surprised to find that the debit order for the amount of R572.32 was deducted from the same OLD account as previously, and again I was charged a R55.00 penalty.

I cant believe that I can trust you any longer! I refuse to make any calls, or pay any further penalties for your disgusting service. And I need a rebate on all penalty fees.
I don’t know how you are going to solve this issue, and I will not advise any person to make use of your service.
