First for women has taken forever to fix the car
I had an accident with my mom's car (i am insured as the second driver). well this accident happened in february, so long ago i cant even remember the exact date. 'i have not received cover with care'. i have to keep phoning them to see what is going on with the car, the date of return keeps getting later and later and well excuse after excuse by panelbeaters.
I phoned the one lady and told her that if my mom's car is not returned soon then we will switch insurers and she simply said we can do that. are your customers not needed? how can you have people like that working for you who do not seemed phased at all.
My mom was told that the car will be ready today or tomorow. if this is not true i am going to tell everyone i know not to insure with first for women as they lie, dont provide feedback, make your excess ridiculously high, dont provide a temp car, and a whole lot of nonsense. i am still waiting for the good service that there adverts claim.
I cannot believe that it has been over a month and your policy says 3 weeks, it has been over 5 weeks and still no car. they have constantly lied about the progress of the car!!! unhappy with FFW!!!

1st for Women won't do their job
I reopened my claim on Wed 24th Feb, when I realised that my TV had been damaged due to the incident I reported in January. Adrian Malan agreed to put the claim 'on hold' while I thought about whether it was worth actually claiming since the TV was still functioning. However, it has subsequently become clear that it is badly damaged. I then contacted the 1st for Women call center to reopen the case. Adrian Malan was supposed to contact me. Despite SEVERAL messages, neither he nor one of his contemporaries contacted me.
I have contacted the 1st for Women call center NUMEROUS times, always receiving assurances that I will get a response, and that a 'supplier' will call me to arrange a time to collect my damaged TV.
A week later, and STILL no action from 1st for Women.
To add insult to injury, I left a 'contact me' message on 1st for Women's website, and, guess what, a week later, STILL NO RESPONSE.

Incorrect information supplied
I have spoken to Hatie Arlow today 2522010 time was 13:15 and he told me that he was working on the incorrect vehicle code all this time and i find this inproffesional, it seems the information was given previously regarding my claim was incorrect, he was working on the wrong code regarding to him, and i was told by 3 different consultant including him that at same organization, that my my car was a WRITE OFF, but now i have been given a different story from Hantie the same person who also confirm that my car has been WRITE OFF, he also mention that he will speak to his Manager by the name of Louis in this regard, as he needs to change the code on their system for future references, he now gave me the following figures regarding my claims, which is completely different with the one he gave me yestarday, for my car to be repaired the cost will be R111231.75 and the current selling price for my car is R174, 540...its 2008 Opel corsa 1.4 sport wih the sunroof, and the Kilo's are currently on 2700, my question is if the damage is so high what guarantee do i have that this car won't be code 3 as it looks like my car my badly damaged, please take this to the consideration.
