	November 11, 2008 deception Halfway thru the loan process, they UPPED the ARM rate to 9.9%, knowing that I had way too much invested in the loan process to back out. These people are SHADY. I could go on & on. I have an 80/20 mortgage from them and I'm about to foreclose.
