They will charge you up to 500.00 bucks a year for membership
This is the biggest scam they will charge you up to 500.00 bucks a year for membership if you add the monthly and annual fees together. this is a great example of buzzard companies opening up to take advantage of you in a time of crisis. If your credit is shot you are just going to have to pay and fix it!!! dont get involved with this company you will be financially destroyed!!! SCAM!!!

Scam charges
This company signs you up unknowinly for 2 other offers that automatically charge your checking account. I was charge 14.95 for a calling card I knew nothing about and also 39.95 for a monthly membership to their website of products, which is basically overpriced crap.
DON'T DO IT. I had to call 4 800 numbers this morning to cancel everything and now I have to wait 10-30 days to get my money back.

Rip off
This is a rip off. I thought I was signing up for a Visa card. I entered all my credit card info and then I saw it was for online only. I deleted all my info and exited. Well I only use a pre-paid card when on line. Thank goodness. For the last three weeks every time I put money on my card and buy from Spiegel's or JcPenney they zap my money off my card for government grants, voice mail services and activation fees. It is a real headache. I don't even have a credit card with this company and no one seems to have a number in which to get in touch with them with. Lesson learned. When your credit is fair, and someone offers you a $7, 500 credit limit...

Overcharged
Like most others who have commented on this site, I thought this offer needed to be scrutinized. After reading many of your comments, and looking at the offer I can only hang my head at the laziness and/or complete lack of basic common sense most people have today. On the top half of the first page of the Terms and Conditions of this offer it states a monthly fee of $39.95. It also states that it is not associated with Visa, Mastercard, or anyone else. It is a line of credit that can only be used on certain goods and services. Was it a seductive ad?...sure. Are they lying and scamming the public?...not even close. If any of the people who bothered to complain that they had been "ripped off" had spent 60 seconds looking at what they were signing up for they would have saved the hour it took to write this complaint and call the attorney general. YOU are the reason why politicians keep pandering to the most unmotivated of us and erode our freedoms and choices in the process. Try using that lump of grey matter above your shoulders.

Ripped off
I thought I was looking at a "platinum credit card" I thought it sounded too good to be true so I went online to check it out.. PEOPLE...PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT.. I have been ripped off by orchard credit card by them giving me a $300 limit and by the time they instantly took their fees off the top, it left me with only a $150 limit..I lost my job and got behind and now they say I owe them $980...HOW? when MY limit was only $300. THIS FIRST PLUS PLATINUM CREDIT is just like that credit card company. AS soon as you give your credit card number they will run your credit card up with fees and will always be a thone in your side.
I am desperate to buy christmas for my children but not this desperate..
