I have a prepaid debit card and i just put money on it today and now I'm down to 8.59. The amount of 29.00 was taken from my account. I didn't purchase anything. On my statement it says i made a purchase from First Premier Bank the refrence number is 013228117629. I've tried calling and have gotten no help. I need to be refunded for this money. I am so pissed!
