Offers false loan
April 03, 2009 I want to remain anonymous, I am reporting this because I am sick and tired of corn artist. My friend came across a Daily News clipping. The title was First Star Credit Union. Website, www.firststarlendingservices.com. This company is based out of PA. It offers personal, business and consolidation Loans, for people with all types of credits. I was contacted by a lady, she said her name was Alexis Prince. I am sure that is a phony name. She told my friend and I that we were approve for Tenthousand dollars. I could smell her lie from a mile away. I play along because I wanted her to believe me. The website sates that the minimum loan amount accepted is 10, 000. I ask her how did I get approve with my credit score not in the 700. Mrs. Prince, told me that the company uses a third party lender. She said that the company want a secure down payment of 650.23. I research this company, there were no negative consumer reports about them but a list of more that a dozen company with consumer complaints about being rip off. One lady send the deposits to secure her loan and the next day she was given the run around. Her caller Id said that the person was calling from a hotel. When I saw this I was very upset because a lot of individuals would not look up the company before doing business. I called the next day, a recorder came on. You have to say your name on the recorder before an agent come to the phone. I left a message, I told them I am ready to deposit the money. Within two hrs my phone caller id, read that it was coming from a hotel. The number that came up was 347 562 2649 . He came on the phone, I told him that the gig is up, he was denying it but I new it was bs. There were similar stories on the website. These people were all over the united states, using different company names. There web site, is very professional and the company address is 1800 Loucks Road, Suite 850, York PA 17408. I am sure this is probably a phony building or someone else building. I would love to see these people get prosecuted to the fullest extent. Ripping off consumers, pisses me off. I was not a victim because I always research anyone before doing business. I want the public be aware of the corn artist. It's a few women and men. I want to remain anonymous because I don't like attention and I don't want these people know who I am. Their accent seems like they are spanish speaking. There number is 1888 880 1790.
