In January as result of the mortgage issues I reluctantly hired this company to work on our loan modification, I was promised that within 72 hours a executive would be calling me and would be in touch on a daily basis providing status on the progress. After talikng $399.00 up front, there was no phone call. I had to send numerous emails to find out that the original paperwork had been lost or misplaced by the "imaging" department. A long story short after expressing my concerns finally an 'executive' was assigned who did not do much, sent in paperwork again to her and they sent nothing to my bank. After many calls they finally decided to claim to be working on the modification, they sent me a form to complete to submit to the court to stop the case, big error had I done what they suggested I would have received a summary judgement against the property. They refuse to give me my money back, have since hired a law firm who is handling the case. This companie's representative even went so far as to tell me that my concerns over the complaints files here, yahoo, BBB, and other state agencies were product of disgruntal employees who were fired for reasons they did not elaborate. Richard Meinam even went so far to tell me that even if the complaints were all true it only represented a 1 or less percent of their client base.Ron LoPrimo from their Coral Springs office promised attention comunication and profesionalism. Never got it. I have records of the many emails I have sent begging for them to return my calls, mnay emails asking them for status. They claim they did some things on my behalf yet the mortgage company has no record in their loss mitigation, customer service, loan modification department nor their legal department. They even provided a name at the bank they allegedly conatcted, which as it turns out does not exsist. The BBB was no help no I must go to the next step. Companies like this one are lurking out there preying on the people going through hard times to take their money with promises they CAN'T deliver.
There should be some legal oversight on companies like this.
