First World Hotel, Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia

1) Buffet Breakfast at 10th floor (or 8th, I couldn't remember) Yeah, it
was free for 2 pax! It was terrible. Too over-crowded. Reminds me of
refugees seeking free food at the refugee camp. Need to line-up just to
get the scramble egg!. Too hot, no air cond. Too low quality seats.
Should name as refugee buffet breakfast. Get your senior management
staff to have a look there at one morning.

2) Parking (B1-B4 or 5 or 6...)
Yes, its free parking for all by the way. But not for free vandalism,
free stick bill, free sex, ah long advertisements, etc. Its dirty and not
up to the maintenance standard. The alley are not bright enough, too
dark.

3) Lift
There isn't enough lift to lift up/down your customers to the hotel
lobby. We carrying bags have to wait long just to get a lift, let alone
grandma/grandpa to wait for it?????

Does 1st world hotel is actually meant for 3rd or 4th class citizens?
You giving it cheap rooms doesn't mean that other facilities also came
with low quality?? Enough said, just get 1 Senior Management staff to
1st world hotel, go straight down to B3, take a lift to the lobby, then
take a lift to the refugee buffet breakfast at around 9am (remember,
choose Sunday).
