Terrible company
On June 27, I placed an internet order for flowers on website. It was for a Totem Pathos plant. What was delivered was Ivy. I called the florist, who delivered it, and they stated that they did not have a Totem Pathos in stock so they delivered Ivy. They offered to deliver a Totem Pathos when they got them in but it would be 2 - 7 days. I said no thanks and told them that I would call the company I ordered them from, which is Fisher Flowers in Atlantic City, N.J. I then called Fischer Flowers and spoke to some one there. She said that she would have to call the delivery florist and she would call me back. I waited and she never called me. I called Fischer Flowers back and she told me she received an e-mail from Wilshire's Flowers stating that I was rude to them. I told her that I was concerned about the order mix up. I told her that I did not want to wait that long and I wanted a refund. She then proceeded to tell me that, "They don't need customers like me" then she hung up on me. I called her back and asked for a credit slip. She faxed me a copy. Later that afternoon, my girlfriend, the recipient of the flowers, called me and told me that, from Fisher Flowers called her directly and told her that I was rude and very, very, very angry towards her. She also stated that I refused the replacement order. After hearing this news I called Fischer Flowers back and asked for a manager. The owner, called me and I told him of my ordeal. He apologized for his employees actions, but stated, "What would you like me to do". I feel this company is very deceptive. They show higher quality plants and flowers on the website, but deliver cheaper, smaller ones to the recipient. They figure that they are ordered out of state and the customer will never find out. If it wasn't for my girlfriend hating Ivy's I would of never know of the switch.
