There are several versions of this scam going around.
The 3 most common names are
Oliver Straw, Max Gay, and Mark Bill. These people do not exist.
They will book a guide for several days. Then after the guide has booked the days they will tell the guide that their booking agent can only write one check so they will send a Certified Cashiers Check to the guide, and ask him to send the rest on to the individual. IN some cases to an address in Canada, or in Ghana or another country. All addresses I have checked are fake. Western Union gives you a number and once you have the number you can pick the money up any place in the world.
Worst part of this is that many guides book the days then lose them when the check comes because they turned down other bookings.
BEWARE of any email asking for several days of bookings that is in poor english and uses the personal (I) spelled with a small i.
