I just called the 866-404-4020 number and this is no longer a valid number. Another company purchased this number, and it appears that the company no longer exists!

As with the other complainants, I was billed twice in January 2010 on consecutive days for a service I neither wanted nor knowingly purchased. Fit Club On Line gets the customer information from Premium White or another product, and claims that there is fine print on the site that states that when you sign up for a trial of one product, you are automatically subscribed to their bogus service. I called the 1-866 number in the US and had them issue a cancellation confirmation, but their representative insisted that they were "protected" by the terms and conditions on the site where I made my first unfortunate purchase.

The same site is undoubtedly the source of a leak of my credit card information to at least three other illegitimate businesses, including a sex phone line that charged me $127.92! Incredible. And there is some other outfit the appears on my statement as COA*CARTAXESANDFEES which also started to dip into my account after my fateful trial sign-up on November 11.

I have asked my credit card to challenge the charges and have had the card itself replaced as an extra precaution, beyond getting cancellation confirmation numbers.

Meanwhile, I am wondering how to alert consumers more broadly about this type of fraud in general, and these businesses in particular.

Withdrawals from my credit card are taking place without my permission. How do I contact them to stop the withdrawals? I don't know who this company is.
