Unauthorized credit card charge
Have never ordered any type of product from this company! They have been charging my credit card monthly!

called and cancelled this product has instructed and was charges Twice and added shipping charges
Went to the web site and cancelled this product also still charges twice.. plus shipping..

CHARGED ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHERIZATION
I HAD ORDERED ACAI SEVERAL MONTHS AGO.CANCELED MY ORDER RIGHT AWAY. THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR A MONTH OF THEIR PRODUCT BEFORE I EVEN HAD THE SAMPLE PRODUCT. THEY THEY GAVE MY ACCOUNT NUMBERT TO TWO OTHER COMPANIES THAT I HAD NEVER EVEN HEARD OF AND HAD NOT SIGNED UP FOR AND NEW NOTHING ABOUT.

overcharge fees
I am very upset I ordered $4.95 of the acai berry and before I knew it I was billed $29.95 and then another $29.95 from fit fac which I have never even heard of this company and never received any merchandise. I had to call my credit card company and cancel the card, what also made me real mad was my card was right at its limit so I got two charges of over the limit fees $30.00 each. You talk about angry I'm there!!!

Bad charges to credit card
Don't do business with this company, or bromalite. They are bad people who will over charge you and not credit your money back, don;t fall for the "free trial" it is a scam. These are bad people. Use your credit card company to get your money back and recommend to them, not to accpet thier business.

unauthorized charges
Unauthorized charges of 29.95 was removed from my debt. acct for products I did not order. When I called the company she first told me she would credit my acct. for the money. When I told her I wasn't ordering anything from them and wanted my money back, she told me she would process a refund for the full amount. I also had charges from Tri-slim on my debt. the same day.

Unauthorized billing
After seeing many advertisements for Extreme AcaiBerry and Colon Cleanse, both products supported by Oprah, Dr. Oz, Rachel Ray and testimonial reports from users, I decided to order the free samples. Not only have I received the samples but I also have weatherize charges to my bank. Can't get through to the company for these charges. I don't even think their products work.
Some one needs to shut them down so they can' take advantage of people who will try anything to loose weight.
The old saying holds true, 'If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!'
