I orderd a trial sample of a product called Bromelite, a free trial for 4.95. I was charged $29.95 by fit-fac.com. 2 days later another charge appeared for $69.95 and a few days later another charge for $69.95 appeared. I called both companies and asked them point blank were they a scam operation. I received cancellation # for all 3 charges and was told it would take 10-12 days. One company said they had nothing to do with the other, thus I called both companies, and one apologized for the excessive charges etc. I never signed any agreement for auto ship, I never agreed to buying the product except for the one free trial sample. These companies need to be stopped.

I ordered the free trail of acaii berry and the colonxr products I was supposed to pay only the shipping charges. Now it seems my card is being continually charged for products i have not ordered or received. I am trying to get through to their customer service center. I finally located a number for them. so far my bills are over 300.00 dollars.

www.fit-fac.com charged my card 29.95 without my authorization. Causing my account to overdraw. The bank helped me out but I wanted to report this. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and caused me stress that I did not need.

I was on line and saw where you could order trial of Acai Berry onlong with body cleanse, for $3.95 S&H. I ordered knowing if I did not want to be charged more I had to cancell within 7 days. I only got one of the prodducts and decided to cancel my order the day I got the samples, so I thought. The lady I talked to put me on hold for a few minutes and when she came back to the phone, she told me my order was cancelled and I would not be charged the $29.95. When I got my bank statement this month I noticed a charge on it from a place I had never traveled to or a company I had never heard of, I was not only charged the $29.95, I was also charged $1.17 for who knows what!!! I am going to my bank tomorrow to see what they can do. I am also going to report this outfit to the BB. Its a shame you can't even do a simple thing as shop from without getting ripped off. I think Oprah should address this fraud issue since that is where most of us first heard of the product, don't you think.????

I ordered a "diet tea" from a pop-up window on another site. The site did not appear to be working as I got no online confirmation of the purchase or email confirmation. Then my bank account showed a charge for $29.95. I called the number from this web page of complaints as my bank statement did not show the full phone number. The company rep was a very slick talker. I finally got her to "understand" that I wanted to cancel my account and get a refund. Something I had said several times but which she had interpreted to me as just cancelling my membership which meant I would still be charged $29.95. I finally was given a "courtesy" refund also but by the company rep handling my call. No need for the supervisor.
